Renu Singh Chandelis a social worker. She has worked on issues of rural and urban development and local self-governments in UP, Maharashtra, Gujarat and Delhi. She comeswith a lot of grassroots experience. She has previous experience of working with CRY, Help Age India and many other social work platforms.
Alok has worked in the field of women’s, children’s and senior citizen’s issues for more than 20 years. With a Master degree in Human Resources from the Sikkim-Manipal University. He is one of the Founders of Aagaaz NGO. He has also been involved with various governmental and non-governmental organisations. His expertise lies in the field of Advertising, Marketing, Writing etc.
Geeta has been working as a development professional for 15 years. She has been actively involved with both the autonomous women’s movements based in Ahmadabad as well as with various development organizations that promote women’s rights and address gender concerns. Geeta has been associated with CRY and Aagaaz NGO for 6 years. Geeta holds a Master Degree in Home Science from Jivraj University of Gwalior.

Client engagement activities include but are not limited to framing issues, problem-structuring, optimizing client processes, developing go-to-market strategies, and change management.Yash implements and oversees the quality of deliverables and effectively manages the team and day-to-day relationships to ensure exceptional performance. Yash participates in the development and presentation of proposals for business development activities.

Anind Raj assists the CEO with fundraising and expansion-related activities, and oversees the work and performance of company executives with a focus on optimizing and running day to day operations.
